My partner and I had a delightful weekend getaway at Huguenot House. We were warmly greeted by Jesse and Mag upon arrival, and they even had our room ready before check-in time. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a super comfortable king-sized bed and a lovely bathroom. Despite the unfortunate load shedding, the room was prepared with a night light and candles, making our stay cozy and romantic. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of the Simonsberg Mountain from the back garden. We also appreciated the convenient location, close to both town and the wine farms. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this charming hotel to all our loved ones.
We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the charming Huguenot House for a few nights and it was simply delightful. The staff, led by Dawn, were warm and welcoming, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The spacious and luxurious bedrooms were carefully designed with attention to detail, featuring exquisite Egyptian cotton bed linen, plush towels, and a well-appointed bathroom. The private patio offered breathtaking views of the picturesque countryside and majestic mountains. The communal areas were thoughtfully arranged, providing numerous cozy spaces to unwind and relax. Thank you to Dawn and her exceptional team for making our stay truly memorable.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and the plush king size pillows provided a great night's sleep. We also loved the freestanding bathtub, it was a luxurious touch to our weekend getaway. The view of the Simonsberg Mountain from the back garden was absolutely breathtaking, it was a stunning sight to wake up to every morning. The location was also very convenient, with ample parking available and able to accommodate large vehicles.
There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. there was no dish cloth provided to wipe dishes with after washing them.
